中国宏桥拟回购 金额不超20亿港元
4月9日，中国宏桥（01378）发布公告，宣布公司将继续进行回购股份的安排。
公告中提到，公司对中国经济的长期向好充满信心，并认为当前股价偏离了公司的内在价值。公司预计在未来12个月内，回购金额将不超过20亿港元。
自2025年1月15日至公告日期，公司已在香港联交所回购6226万股普通股，占公司现有已发行股份总数的约0.66%，其中1165万股已于2025年2月20日注销，
