MHA said it expects to raise up to 101.8 million pounds ($129.9 million) as part of its listing on the U.K's AIM index.
The professional services provider said Tuesday in an update prior to admission to the index that it would place 95.8 million pounds of shares and up to 6 million pounds of retail shares as part of its listing.
It expects to have a market capitalisation--excluding any take-up in the retail shares--of 269 million pounds and said it would retain 55.7% of its shares upon listing.
It will list roughly 275 million ordinary shares at 1 pence each. This will comprise of around 173.2 million existing shares, 95.8 million placing shares and 6 million retail shares, the company said.
MHA said it expects to be admitted to the index April 15.
