Healthcare Triangle (HCTI) said Friday its board appointed David Ayanoglou as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Ayanoglou succeeds Thyagarajan Ramachandran, who informed the company earlier this week of his decision to resign, effective April 10, the company said in a regulatory filing Thursday.
Additionally, the company said Chief Operating Officer Sujatha Ramesh was appointed as a director.
Shares of Healthcare Triangle were up 4.2% in recent Friday trading.
