新鸿基地产(00016)旗下西贡十四乡西沙路项目SIERRA SEA，周三(9日)公布有机会于下周开价，首张价单将提供不少于157伙。
新地副董事总经理雷霆表示，项目今日再对外开放两个无改动示范单位，代表楼盘的推售已经进入直路。对于市况，他指，关税战对市场气氛影响缓和，本港住宅需求仍然强劲，租金升势持续，预期下半年必然会减息，相信“租转买”的情况会更普遍，有利楼市，预计第二季的新盘成交量会比第一季更畅旺。
新地代理执行董事陈汉麟称，项目的示范单位有望于下周公布价单后再对公众开放。该盘的户型多元化，可以迎合换楼客，小家庭及首置客等各类客群。
