【中通客车：董事长提议回购6000万元-1.2亿元股份】金十数据4月9日讯，中通客车公告，公司董事长王兴富于2025年4月9日提议回购公司部分股份，回购资金总额不低于6000万元（含），不超过1.2亿元（含），回购价格上限不高于董事会审议通过回购股份方案决议前30个交易日公司股票交易均价的150%，资金来源为公司自有资金，回购期限自董事会审议通过回购方案之日起不超过12个月。回购股份将用于股权激励或员工持股计划，若未能全部实施上述用途，公司可依法对回购的股份予以注销，公司注册资本将相应减少。
