根据招商证券资产管理有限公司申请，本所自2025年04月11日起采用协商成交、点击成交、询价成交、竞买成交方式为“招商证券-爱建-太享生活一号2期资产支持专项计划”（以下简称“太享2期”）提供转让服务。现就有关事项公告如下：

一、持有深圳A股证券账户和基金账户的专业投资者可以参与“太享2期”的转让业务。

二、“太享2期”设立日期为2025年03月12日。优先级资产支持证券如下：证券简称“太享2A1”，证券代码为“146173”，到期日为2026年02月24日，还本付息方式为存在提前兑付并支付对应部分利息;证券简称“太享2A2”，证券代码为“146174”，到期日为2027年02月24日，还本付息方式为存在提前兑付并支付对应部分利息;证券简称“太享2A3”，证券代码为“146175”，到期日为2027年12月24日，还本付息方式为存在提前兑付并支付对应部分利息。次级资产支持证券如下：证券简称“太享2次”，证券代码为“146176”，到期日为2028年02月24日，还本付息方式为存在提前兑付并支付对应部分利息。

三、对首次参加“太享2期”转让业务的投资者，本所会员应当在其参与转让业务前，进行全面的相关业务规则介绍，充分揭示可能产生的风险，并要求其在参与转让业务前签署风险揭示书。

四、“太享2期”转让及相关事宜适用《深圳证券交易所债券交易规则》及其他相关规则。
