Tessell Raises $60M in Series B Funding

Database-as-a-Service provider Tessell it raised $60 million in its Series B funding round, bringing total funding to $94 million.

The round was led by WestBridge Capital. Other participants included continued support from Lightspeed Venture Partners, and new investors B37 Ventures and Rocketship.vc, Tessell said Wednesday.

Proceeds from the round will be used to help Tessell's go-to-market expansion, as well as for research and development in AI-powered data management, the company said.

Tessell customers include Lightning eMotors, CSX, Moody's and Tata Capital.
