消息面上，和誉医药本月初宣布，默克已根据双方于2023年12月签订的授权协议，行使匹米替尼(ABSK021)的全球商业化选择权，行权费用为8500万美元。该进展标志着双方合作的进一步深化，凸显了双方对持续推进匹米替尼的坚定承诺和信心。
值得注意的是，加上此次默克支付的行权付款，双方的BD合作已为和誉带来逾1.5亿美元现金。根据协议，和誉后续还将获得来自默克的研发里程碑付款及销售里程碑付款，潜在付款总额可能高达6.06亿美元，这还不包括两位数的净销售分成。
