PANews 4月11日消息，据港媒东网报道，香港电脑学会指出香港证监会已公布ASPI-Re虚拟资产监管路线图，但监管需要在创新容错与系统风险中拿捏平衡，包括：
1、可设立监管沙盒2.0，测试新型治理工具(例如DAO投票参与监管)；
2、可推动跨境监管联盟开发链上合规协议，降低企业跨境营运成本；
3、可引入负面清单管理模式，除明确禁止的行为(如匿名混币)，其余领域容许业界以风险为本原则自律。
