安踏体育(02020.HK) 公布，附属公司与Topgolf订立了一份有关买卖Callaway Germany Holdco GmbH股本权益的买卖协议。根据该买卖协议，安踏将全购上述公司，基础对价现金2.9亿美元，加上净营运资金及其他惯常调整项进行调整。
安踏预计收购将于今年第二季末或第三季初完成，惟须满足其他惯常交割条件，包括但不限于取得相关监管机构的批准。收购完成后，Callaway Germany Holdco GmbH将成为集团的间接全资附属公司。
