智通财经APP讯，国富量子(00290)发布公告，于2025年4月9日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司已有条件同意发行，而配售代理已有条件同意(作为公司的代理)，按尽力基准促使不少于六名承配人按配售价每股配售股份1.12港元认购最多3.73亿股配售股份。配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股1.18港元折让约5.08%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售及待完成后，预期配售事项的最高所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别约为4.18亿港元及4.13亿港元。按此基准，净发行价将约为每股配售股份1.11港元。
