PANews 4月9日消息，据Cointelegraph报道，泰国内阁于4月8日通过决议，批准修订数字资产业务和网络犯罪预防相关法令。新规将限制外国加密货币点对点（P2P）交易平台在泰国的运营，违规者最高可被处以8,700美元罚款和最长三年监禁。
新法规要求加密资产服务提供商（CASP）收集并报告与网络诈骗相关的交易信息。同时，商业银行、电信运营商、社交媒体服务提供商等机构需共同承担网络犯罪预防责任。该法律将在泰国皇家公报公布后正式生效。值得注意的是，泰国监管机构此前已在普吉岛等地批准加密货币支付试点，并考虑批准加密货币ETF。
