4月9日，龙湖集团（00960）发布公告，截至2025年3月末，公司累计实现总合同销售金额169.5亿元，合同销售面积119万平方米。其中，2025年3月单月实现总合同销售金额70.1亿元，合同销售面积49万平方米，归属本公司股东权益的合同销售金额为47.4亿元，面积为35万平方米。
