智通财经APP讯，药明康德(02359)公布，近日，公司取得中国农业银行股份有限公司上海市分行出具的《中国农业银行贷款承诺函》，主要内容如下：
1、承诺贷款额度为：不超过人民币 9 亿元;
2、贷款用途：专项用于回购公司 A 股股票;
3、贷款期限：三十六个月。
本次收到贷款承诺函可为公司本次回购股份提供融资支持，具体贷款事宜以双方签订的贷款合同为准。本次取得金融机构股票回购贷款承诺函不代表公司对回购金额的承诺，具体回购股份的数量以实际回购的股份数量为准。公司将在回购期限内根据市场情况择机做出回购决策并予以实施，并根据本次回购股份事项进展情况及时履行披露义务。
