智通财经APP讯，璋利国际(01693)发布公告，于2025年4月9日，公司拟配售最多720万股，相当于经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的公司已发行股本约16.67%。配售价为每股配售股份1.20港元，较4月9日收市价每股1.31港元折让约8.40%。
假设配售股份获悉数配售，则配售事项的最高所得款项总额预期将为864万港元，及配售事项所得款项净额将约为840万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用作集团的一般营运资金。
