智通财经APP获悉，芯片股继续走高，截至发稿，宏光半导体(06908)涨7.37%，报0.51港元；中芯国际(00981)涨6.24%，报45.95港元；上海复旦(01385)涨5.29%，报27.85港元；华虹半导体(01347)涨5.08%，报31港元。
消息面上，关税政策影响下，业内人士预计成熟制程半导体国产化进程有望加速。信达证券认为，近年来我国半导体产业链自主能力已逐步提升，对美国产品的依存度逐年下降。根据海关总署数据，2019年我国从美国进口集成电路产品的比例为4.4%，2023年已下降至2.4%，但部分领域对美国依存度仍较高，此次关税政策或进一步推动半导体自主可控。
此外，摩根士丹利发表研报指，受AI大模型DeepSeek驱动，预计AI芯片需求将随着AI推理需求的激增而增加。鉴于美国AI图形处理器供应有限，加上对中国芯片的需求激增，预期中芯国际将成为中国AI芯片设计板块的主要支持者。大摩提及，虽然中芯国际的产能可能亦受到设备瓶颈的限制，但估计公司每年可生产360万个AI图形处理器单元，能满足中国国内需求。
