智通财经APP讯，国华(00370)发布公告，董事局建议将公司英文名称由“ China Best Group Holding Limited”改为“Hong Kong Robotics Group Holding Limited”，并采纳及于百慕达登记中文名称“港仔机器人集团控股有限公司”为公司第二名称，取代其当前中文名称“国华集团控股有限公司”(由公司采纳仅供识别之用，并非百慕达现时登记的名称)，惟须待本公布“建议更改公司名称之条件”一段所载之若干条件获达成后，方可作实。
