Wai Yuen Tong Medicine (HKG:0897) unit Good Excellent agreed to sell a Hong Kong property to Blessed Fortune for HK$19.5 million, a Thursday filing by parent Wang On Group (HKG:1222) with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The parties will enter into a formal contract regarding the sale of the property, comprising a shop unit in the Cockloft in Kowloon, Hong Kong, on or before April 24.
Proceeds from the sale will be used to repay a mortgage loan related to the property.
