Central China Management (HKG:9982) recorded sales of projects under management of 2.69 billion yuan in the first quarter, down 29% from 3.80 billion yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong exchange.
Contracted sales area declined 28% to 460,210 square meters from 636,992 square meters.
The average monthly selling price declined 1.9% to 5,844 yuan per square meter from 5,957 yuan per square meter a year earlier.
The company secured one newly contracted project in March with a gross floor area of 27,400 square meters.
