Marin Software has approved a plan of dissolution and liquidation.
The digital-marketing software provider said Thursday its board approved the plan after a review of strategic alternatives, and the company plans to wind down operations.
Under the plan, Marin will cease remaining operations, delist from Nasdaq, satisfy liabilities and distribute any net proceeds to stockholders, it said.
The company expects to have a special stockholder meeting during the second quarter to seek approval for the dissolution plan.
