4月11日，粤丰环保（01381）发布公告，其间接全资附属公司信宜粤丰电力有限公司2025年4月7日收到广东省信宜市住房和城乡建设局的行政决定。
由于在2020年至2024年3月期间，未经广东省信宜市住房和城乡建设局同意，接收信宜市以外产生的垃圾焚烧飞灰，并在合同指定的填埋场处置，产生收入1.08亿元，收到决定后15日内向信宜市政府赔偿上述款项。
粤丰环保决定根据适用法律对该决定提出行政诉讼，并表示将采取必要措施维护公司及其股东的权益。虽然行政诉讼程序仍处于初步阶段，无法充分评估该决定的影响，但相信该决定不会对运营造成重大不利影响，业务及运营将维持正常。将根据上市规则进一步公告行政诉讼的重大进展，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持谨慎。
