智通财经APP讯，HSSP INTL(03626)公布，公司拟进行削减股份溢价，将于生效日期公司股份溢价账的进账额削减，且将从该削减股份溢价产生的进账用作抵销于生效日期公司累计亏损的全部金额。公司随后将从公司股份溢价账派付特别股息。于派付特别股息后，公司股份溢价账余额约为2868.9万港元，并将转拨至公司的保留盈利账。
董事会建议向于记录日期名列公司股东名册的股东宣派及派付特别股息。
