【安踏体育：拟以2.9亿美元收购德国户外品牌狼爪】金十数据4月10日讯，安踏体育(02020.HK)在港交所公告，附属公司（安踏）与Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp.（Topgolf）订立了一份有关买卖Callaway Germany Holdco GmbH（目标公司）股本权益的买卖协议。根据协议，Topgolf有条件地同意出售，并且安踏有条件地同意购入目标公司100%的股本权益，基础对价为现金2.9亿美元，加上净营运资金及其他惯常调整项进行调整。预计本次收购将于2025年第二季末或第三季初完成。收购完成后，目标公司将成为公司的间接全资附属公司。
