如祺出行关联方与高域科技签署低空出行战略合作协议
4月11日，如祺出行（09680）发布公告，近日公司之关联并表实体广州祺宸科技有限公司与广东高域科技有限公司签署了战略合作协议。
该协议旨在共同编制低空立体出行服务的商业模式与运营规范白皮书，并推进飞行汽车与Robotaxi出行试点项目的可行性研究。双方将围绕低空立体出行的“云管端”、“通导监”等大数据技术展开联合研究。
此次战略合作的理由在于公司对智慧出行市场的深刻理解和丰富运营经验，以及高域在飞行汽车整车研发制造与创新应用方面的优势。合作将加快飞行汽车融入出行服务生态，推动低空出行服务的商业化落地及创新发展。
低空出行涵盖多个领域，包括无人机、无人驾驶航空器和飞行汽车等，预计将为用户提供更便捷、高效的智慧立体出行方式。该合作标志着公司自2021年进入Robotaxi市场以来，进一步拓展出行服务边界，探索包括飞行汽车在内的低空出行服务运营场景。
