钧御工程拟并购香港直订集团 剑指智能产业协同
本报讯 （记者李静）4月11日，记者获悉，钧御工程集团有限公司（以下简称“钧御工程”）4月9日完成董事会重大调整，同时，公司还拟定将于近期启动对香港直订集团的全资并购计划，以推动战略升级与业务协同发展。
钧御工程致力于通过智能化解决方案推动产业升级，业务覆盖新能源、云计算及创新科技领域。此次收购计划及近期董事会的人事变更是钧御工程加速整合产业资源、深化AI技术应用的重要一步，也是公司推动AI与车联网、云计算，智能工程设备等的融合发展的重要步骤。同时，香港直订集团酒店SaaS业务，酒店人工智能销售，智能客服等也将融入各业务场景；助力新零售及消费领域拓展。钧御工程称，将持续以技术创新驱动增长，为股东及合作伙伴创造长期价值。
