安踏体育宣布2.9亿美元收购德国狼爪（Jack Wolfskin）
安踏体育（02020/82020）发布公告，本公司附属公司安踏于2025年4月10日与Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp.签订了关于收购 Callaway Germany Holdco GmbH（目标公司）100%股本权益的买卖协议，收购对价为现金2.9亿美元，另加净营运资金及其他常规调整，以收购其Jack Wolfskin业务。
预计本次收购将在2025年第二季末或第三季初完成，前提是满足相关监管机构的批准等交割条件。完成后，目标公司将成为本公司的间接全资附属公司。
此次收购符合本公司“单聚焦、多品牌、全球化”的战略，旨在进一步强化和拓展户外运动板块。Jack Wolfskin作为全球领先的户外品牌，将丰富本公司的品牌矩阵，拓展产品线，从高端市场延伸至大众市场。此外，收购将带来供应链、产品研发和零售运营等方面的协同效应，助力本公司在户外运动领域的竞争力提升。
