4月10日，有消息称，宁德时代获批在香港交易所上市。对此，中国证券报·中证金牛座记者从知情人士处获悉，消息属实，宁德时代通过港股聆讯，获批在香港交易所上市。

　　今年2月，宁德时代在港交所递交招股书，拟在香港主板上市。3月25日，宁德时代发布公告称，收到中国证监会出具的《关于宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司境外发行上市备案通知书》，拟发行不超过220169700股（约2.2亿股）境外上市普通股，并在香港联交所上市。

　　宁德时代称，港股上市募集的资金将重点用于海外产能扩张、国际业务拓展及境外营运资金补充，为公司长期国际化战略提供资金支持。
