智通财经APP获悉，伯克希尔·哈撒韦公司(BRK.A.US)周五发行了900亿日元(合6.28亿美元)债券，尽管市场大幅波动导致多家日本公司取消债券发售，伯克希尔仍完成了这笔日元交易。彭博汇编的数据显示，这是沃伦·巴菲特(Warren Buffett)的公司自2019年进入日本市场以来规模最小的日元交易。此次发行的债券分为六个部分，期限从3年到30年不等。
巴菲特的公司发售日元债券之际，美国总统唐纳德·特朗普威胁加征关税引发全球贸易冲突，令全球金融市场动荡不安。这导致融资成本全面上升，长期债券供应匮乏。
此次债券发售也受到投资者的高度关注，因为筹集的资金可能用于增持伯克希尔在日本公司的股份。实际上，这家美国公司上个月增加了对日本五大商社的持股，而巴菲特在2月份致股东的年度信中也暗示了相关计划。
这位亿万富豪写道，包括三菱商事(Mitsubishi Corp.)和伊藤忠商事(Itochu Corp.)在内的五家公司“运营方式非常成功，在某种程度上与伯克希尔自身颇为相似”，并且“随着时间的推移，我们对这些公司的赞赏之情与日俱增”。他对日本公司的热情吸引了全球投资者的关注，去年助力吸引海外资金流入，推动日本日经225指数和东证指数升至历史新高。
