【上海证监局联合人民银行上海总部召开上海民营上市公司股票回购增持贷款政策宣讲会】金十数据4月11日讯，资本市场是促进民营经济发展壮大的重要平台，民营经济是资本市场高质量发展的重要基础。4月9日，上海辖区民营上市公司股票回购增持贷款政策宣讲暨银企对接交流会在上海证监局举办。上海辖区50家民营上市公司和18家商业银行代表近百人参会。上海证监局表示，使用贷款回购增持的上市公司和主要股东，要严格落实监管要求，规范内部管理程序，严防发生内幕信息泄露和内幕交易风险。今年一季度，人民银行上海总部、上海证监局等部门已联合召开两场股票回购增持贷款政策宣讲暨银企对接交流推进会，持续推动央行再贷款政策工具在沪增量扩面。
