金吾财讯 | 据央视新闻报道，从多家银行了解到，近期各家商业银行正加快落地回购增持贷款，初步测算，授信总额已超过3000亿元。去年9月24日，中国人民银行行长潘功胜宣布创设股票回购、增持专项再贷款，引导银行向上市公司和主要股东提供贷款，支持回购和增持股票。由中央银行向商业银行发放再贷款，提供的资金支持比例是100%，再贷款利率是1.75%，商业银行对客户发放的贷款利率在2.25%左右。首期额度3000亿元，不够可以再增加。
