Pinestone Capital (HKG:0804) has suspended Shi Zhu, co-chairman and a non-executive director from his duties effective Wednesday, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The suspension comes pending the outcome of an investigation into a potential regulatory requirement breach related to his role as the director.
