智通财经APP讯，海尔智家(06690)公布，近日，公司收到中国工商银行股份有限公司出具的《融资承诺函》，主要内容如下：
1、工商银行同意为该公司出具贷款承诺函，额度用于回购公司股票贷款，承诺贷款金额为18亿元人民币，贷款期限为 3 年。
2、本承诺函有效期自签发之日起为 1 年。
