智通财经APP讯，普拉达(01913)公布，于2025年4月10日，该公司拟向Capri Holdings Limited收购GIVI Holding S.r.l.(即 Versace 控股公司)的全部股份，按企业价值 13.75 亿美元(相当于约 12.5 亿欧元或 106.7 亿港元)(须作出若干调整)进行。
