意大利能源集团Eni周五宣布，已完成向美国基金KKR额外出售其生物燃料业务子公司Enilive 5%的股权。算上本次交易，Eni通过出售该生物燃料单元两笔少数股权交易累计获得资金达36亿欧元（约合41亿美元）。

　　与KKR的第二次交易于2月宣布，此前双方已于去年10月达成首份协议，当时美国基金购得该业务单元25%股权。Eni表示，此次36亿欧元收益中包含对Enilive进行的5亿欧元增资。
