智通财经APP讯，连连数字(02598)发布公告，公司近日获悉，公司控股股东之一吕钟霖先生所持公司2020.06万股非上市股份(占公司已发行股份总数约1.87%)被司法冻结。冻结乃由杭州市余杭区人民法院等机构执行。冻结期限最长至2028年3月27日。非上市股份无法在香港二级市场进行交易，亦不属于公司于2025年4月1日公告的股份购回计划的回购范围。
董事会确认，据董事会所深知，冻结乃由吕钟霖先生本人所涉民事案件纠纷所导致。
于本公告日期，吕钟霖先生直接持有9231.66万股非上市股份，占公司已发行股份总数约8.56%。根据公司日期为2024年3月20日的招股章程所披露的一致行动协议，吕钟霖先生为公司控股股东。于本公告日期，章征宇先生、杭州创连致新投资合伙企业(有限合伙)、吕钟霖先生及肖瑟秋女士合共拥有公司已发行股份总数约36.59%权益，并仍为公司的一组控股股东。
董事会认为，冻结不会导致公司控股股东及其一致行动人士变更，以及冻结并无对公司及其附属公司(集团)产生重大不利影响，乃因冻结与公司无关且将不会对集团的正常业务营运、企业管治及日常管理产生影响。
