欧洲芯片制造商意法半导体(STM.US)监事会周四发表声明，否认有关其管理委员会两名成员涉及内幕交易的指控。

此前一天，意大利经济部长Giancarlo Giorgetti指控意法半导体管理层在公布负面财报前一天抛售持股。

对此，该公司在声明中回应称：“禁售期内的股票交易是由公司股权计划管理人通过自动程序执行的。”

Giorgetti还表示，意大利政府反对意法半导体现任首席执行官Jean-Marc Chery继续任职。目前意大利和法国政府通过控股公司共同持有该芯片制造商27.5%的股份。

此外，意法半导体在美国正面临集体诉讼，指控其通过隐瞒企业经营状况误导投资者。监事会表示已就此诉讼准备了“充分的辩护理由”。

目前，包括意法半导体在内的欧洲芯片制造商正面临汽车和工业市场的低迷。2024年第二季度财报会议上，该公司大幅下调年度业绩指引(被分析师形容为"断崖式"下调)，导致股价暴跌。

意法半导体在2024年10月再次下调了业绩预期，这已经是当年的第三次下调，随后在2025年1月又推迟了2025年业绩目标的公布。目前，该公司尚未明确将在何时提供这些业绩目标。
