新鸿基地产(00016)旗下西贡十四乡西沙路项目SIERRA SEA，部署于下周公布价单。发展商于周四(10日)透露，将会提供突破性付款方法，以惠及首次置业者，换楼客，长线投资者等客群。
新地代理执行董事陈汉麟表示，项目邻近香港中文大学及科学园等地，相信会受教职员，学生及园区工作人士等欢迎。楼盘周边配套齐全，照顾住户日常所需，当中位于西沙 GO PARK的一田超市及全港首间的一田食堂于较早前正式营业，而商场第二期将会提供全新“YATA Fresh”概念店。
一田首席商务官黄耀霆表示，全新概念店揉合本地鲜活市场和日式生活元素，每日新鲜直送鲜活海产，蔬菜水果，日本和牛等。计划于概念店开业时，为项目住户提供优惠，包括开业首3个月，住户于店内出示专属手机应用程式专享 95 折优惠，及购物满300 元可享免费送货服务。该店占地约1万方呎以上，将会配合项目的入伙时期，预计于今年底开业。
