智通财经APP获悉，中国奶茶连锁品牌霸王茶姬(CHA.US)公布了其IPO条款，该公司计划发行1470万股股票，募资3.96亿美元，发行价区间为26美元至28美元。
基石投资者已表示将持有该交易至多52%的股份。按照拟议发行价区间的中点计算，霸王茶姬完全稀释后的市值将达到52亿美元。
截至2024年12月31日，其霸王茶姬品牌拥有6440家门店，其中包括6284家中国门店和156家海外门店。在其门店网络中，6271家为特许经营，169家为公司所有。2024年，其在中国的平均每个门店每月销售的杯数为25,099杯（同比增长5%），其在中国的门店平均每月GMV约为7万美元（同比增长6%）。
霸王茶姬截至2024年12月31日的12个月销售额达17亿美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为CHA。花旗、摩根士丹利、德意志银行和中金公司为此次交易的联席账簿管理人。预计将于2025年4月14日当周定价。
