美国股市在特朗普宣布对部分国家暂缓关税后一度反弹，4月10日，美股再次大跌。美国消费者新闻与商业频道（CNBC）报道，白宫贸易顾问纳瓦罗对此表示：“没什么大不了（no big deal）”。

纽约股市三大股指10日显著下跌，截至当天收盘，道琼斯工业平均指数比前一交易日下跌1014.79点，收于39593.66点，跌幅为2.50%；标准普尔500种股票指数下跌188.85点，收于5268.05点，跌幅为3.46%；纳斯达克综合指数下跌737.66点，收于16387.31点，跌幅为4.31%。

股市暴跌后，有观点认为，特朗普随心所欲的关税政策可能对全球金融体系造成持久影响，但纳瓦罗对这个说法“一笑置之”。

“我认为，这纯粹是在造谣。”纳瓦罗在收盘后接受美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）采访时表示，“昨天（9日）是（美国）股市历史上涨幅最大的一天。当然会有一些回撤。问题是：你要怎么解读？”

“这只是大交易日之后的正常回调。这没什么大不了的，”纳瓦罗说。

《纽约时报》分析指出，美股10日的走势，延续了自特朗普发起关税战以来，股市混乱的交易环境和大幅下跌的态势。道明证券全球宏观策略主管詹姆斯·罗西特在一份报告中写道：“尽管有好消息，但政策不确定性仍然很高，并将拖累美国经济。企业将难以制定计划。”
