嘀嗒出行附属公司完成对优信有限公司股份认购
嘀嗒出行（02559）发布公告，宣布其间接全资附属公司Lightwind Global Limited已完成对优信有限公司的股份认购事项。根据公告，所有交割条件已达成，并于2025年4月9日进行交割。交割后，Lightwind Global Limited拥有优信有限公司的A类普通股合共15.44亿股，约占优信有限公司经扩大已发行股本总额的2.5%。
需要注意的是，优信有限公司不会成为公司的附属公司，其财务业绩也不会并入公司的财务报表。
