Richardson Electronics (RELL) reported non-GAAP fiscal Q3 earnings Wednesday of $0.11 per diluted share, up from $0.05 a year earlier.
Net sales in the three months ended March 1 rose to $53.8 million from $52.4 million a year earlier.
Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $54.7 million.
The company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 a share to holders of common stock and a $0.054 dividend to holders of class B shares. The dividend will be payable May 28 to common shareholders of record on May 9.
