中联发展控股宣布新董事任命
中联发展控股（00264）发布公告，董事会宣布了新的董事任命。方时俊被委任为执行董事及董事会联席主席，Jerome Jean Jacques Loubert被委任为执行董事，陈厚谦被委任为非执行董事，所有任命自2025年4月9日起生效。
方时俊拥有25年管理经验，曾在多个国家与跨国公司及政府机构合作，参与可持续发展及氢能技术项目。他的年薪为72万港元，此外可获得根据公司业绩的酌情花红。Loubert则拥有15年氢气相关业务的经验，年薪为36万港元，陈厚谦则拥有20年销售及市场推广经验，年薪为24万港元。
公司董事会在此公告中提到，现有的董事会成员共12人，其中包括8名执行董事和1名非执行董事，但尚未达到独立非执行董事的最低人数要求。公司将努力寻找合适人选填补这一空缺。
