泰达生物拟配售最多1.04亿股新股 募资净额3830万港元
泰达生物（08189）发布公告，公司与中泰国际证券有限公司于2025年4月8日签署了配售协议，计划配售最多1.04亿股新股，配售价为每股0.375港元。此次配售股份数量相当于公司现有已发行股本的5.10%。配售价格较协议签署日的收市价0.435港元折让约13.79%，并较过去五个交易日的平均收市价0.453港元折让约17.22%。
如果所有配售股份成功配售，预计所得款项总额将约为3881万港元，扣除佣金及其他开支后的净额约为3830万港元，相当于每股配售股份的净发行价约为0.37港元。
公司计划将这部分资金用于医疗健康软件平台的开发、医疗养老大健康业务的一般运营资金及潜在的投资机会。董事会认为此次配售将扩大公司的股东基础和资本基础，并有助于增强公司的财务状况，促进未来发展。
