格隆汇4月9日丨基石药业-B(02616.HK)公布，公司获首席执行官、研发总裁兼执行董事杨建新告知，其于2025年4月2日至4月7日以其自有资金在公开市场上购买合共56万股股份，每股买入价格介乎港币2.26至港币3.29。自2022年8月担任首席执行官以来，杨建新累计购买合共1035.9万股股份，每股买入价格介乎港币0.82至港币4.60。进行该股份购买后，杨建新持有合共相当于公司于公告日期的已发行股本总额约5.46%的股份。
杨建新向公司表示，其对公司的未来前景充满信心，而增持公司股份代表其相信在复杂多变的市场环境中公司有能力保持稳健经营的同时实现快速的增长，以及对公司的增长及发展的不懈支持。杨建新并不排除其可能适时进一步增持本公司股份。
公司董事会认为，其首席执行官、研发总裁兼执行董事增持公司股份体现杨博士对公司作出的长期承诺以及对本公司未来业务前景充满信心。
