智通财经APP讯，基石药业-B(02616)发布公告，本公司获公司首席执行官、研发总裁兼执行董事杨建新博士(杨博士)告知，其于2025年4月2日至4月7日以其自有资金在公开市场上购买合共56万股股份(股份购买)，每股买入价格介乎港币2.26至港币3.29。自2022年8月担任首席执行官以来，杨博士累计购买合共1035.9万股股份，每股买入价格介乎港币0.82至港币4.60。进行该股份购买后，杨博士持有合共相当于本公司于本公告日期的已发行股本总额约5.46%的股份。
杨博士向本公司表示，其对本公司的未来前景充满信心，而增持本公司股份代表其相信在复杂多变的市场环境中本公司有能力保持稳健经营的同时实现快速的增长，以及对本公司的增长及发展的不懈支持。杨博士并不排除其可能适时进一步增持本公司股份。
本公司董事会认为，其首席执行官、研发总裁兼执行董事增持本公司股份体现杨博士对本公司作出的长期承诺以及对本公司未来业务前景充满信心。
