智通财经APP讯，找钢集团-W(06676)发布公告，根据于2025年3月10日完成特殊目的收购公司并购交易的截止日期，继承公司上市权证的行使期将于2025年4月9日起计至2030年3月10日为止(包括首尾两日)(上市权证行使期)，而继承公司发起人权证的行使期将于2026 年3月10日起计至2030年3月10日为止(包括首尾两日)(发起人权证行使期，连同上市权证行使期统称“行使期”)。于各行使期内，各继承公司上市权证或继承公司发起人权证(视情况而定)当时的持有人有权于行使期内任何时间通过行使有关继承公司上市权证或继承公司发起人权证(视情况而定)所附的行使权行使有关继承公司上市权证或继承公司发起人权证(视情况而定)，以按每股股份等于11.50 港元的价格(可进行任何调整)(行使价)换取继承公司A类股份。
