【瑞银下调港交所目标价9%至320港元 评级“中性”】金十数据4月10日讯，瑞银发表研究报告指，将香港交易所(00388.HK)目标价从351.8港元下调9%至320港元，评级为“中性”。报告指，港交所4月30日公布2025年第一季业绩，该行预计季度税后净利及收入将按年增27%及28%，预计净投资收入(NII)将按年减14%及按季减3%至11.6亿港元。考虑年初至今的市场活动和避险情绪升温后，该行将2025/26财年的日均销售额分别上调9%及下调5%至1590亿及1420亿港元，低于市场预期。该行指，美国降息预期升温将对HIBOR驱动的NII造成重大阻力，因此将2025/26财年NII分别下调10%及19%至46亿及38亿港元，2025/26财年每股盈利分别上调1%及下调6%至10.2港元及9.3港元。
