China Qinfa Group (HKG:0866) unit SDE agreed to sell 200,000 metric tons of Indonesian steam coal to Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Transactions for the year ending Dec. 31, 2025, are capped at $120 million under the contract.
Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific is a substantial shareholder of Lead Far Development, a unit of China Qinfa.
