本集团的策略为维持充足的土地储备和设计准确的城市布局，以确保足以支撑本集团于未来至少三至五年的自身发展需求。本集团已从多个渠道积极拓展土地储备，包括参与政府公开挂牌、城市更新项目及收购其他物业发展项目。于2024年12月31日，本集团于中国的土地储备合共约为74.73万平方米，包括可供出售总建筑面积、已预售但未交付的总建筑面积以及可供出租总建筑面积。本集团将继续于本集团拥有土地投资的中国城市内探索新的投资及发展机遇，并物色中国具备增长潜力及最佳投资价值的其他城市。
本公司已向联交所申请自2025年4月10日(星期四)上午九时正起恢复本公司股份买卖。
