智通财经APP讯，中国新电信(08167)发布公告，由于公司与国卫会计师事务所有限公司未能就完成集团截至2023年12月31日止年度综合财务报表的审计工作的额外审计费用及截至2024年12月31日止年度的审计费用达成共识，国卫已辞任公司核数师，自2025年4月11日起生效。
经公司审核委员会推荐，董事会已委任范陈会计师行有限公司为公司新任核数师，自2025年4月11日起生效，以填补国卫辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
